Description
“From War to Peace” is the first documentary television series made about the history of Mozambique from its independence up to the first free elections (1975-1994).
Results
- The project led to a quality production about the peace process, massive television distribution and a dedicated website;
- An exhibition for local communities in Mozambique was created;
- Archive video material has become valued and safeguarded;
- The series allowed the growth, re-organisation and recognition of Mozambican television production.

Description
“Rafiki”, is Kenyan author and director Wanuri Kahiu’s first film. It depicts the love story between two young women in modern-day Kenya. All of the project phases, from production to distribution, called upon the talents and skills of Kenyan people.
Results
- Production of a cultural work (feature film) in Kenya that opened a discussion about issues relating to sexual equality and minority rights;
- Economic development of the cultural sector was boosted and the number of skilled workers in the region increased;
- International focus on the Kenyan film industry.

A training cycle for professionalisation in the making of African TV series
Results
- Training and coaching activities were implemented with all partners and training institutes associated with the project;
- The quality of programmes and professional practices has been improved;
- The project promoted the emergence and diversification of a new generation of technicians thanks to the participation of 3 ACP training institutes (qualified technicians, assistants, production managers);
- Quality production was developed (several programmes made by the trained people have been sold and have been rewarded).

Description
The activities planned under this project included the organisation of creative residencies for musicians from Mozambique and Vanuatu, tours of artists and distribution of works and albums in the ACP countries.
Results
-The project strengthened musicians’ awareness of their identity as artists and their need to develop higher professional and artistic standards;
- The musicians’ musical skills, visibility and reputation were strengthened;
- Value given by musicians was increased;
- Relations were created between the Creative Commons network and music associations in Vanuatu, Mozambique, Malawi;
- Technical and managerial skills of local organisations were strengthened.
